Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After this date we will take it on a case by case basis. Normally we are very easy on returns. Our main objective is for you to be satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As stated, our goal is to make you happy. If you are not and want a refund, please call us. We will confirm information from you and we will process your refund on the day that you call. Please note that refunds will placed back on the card that you used to order. Refunds can take 3-6 business days to reflect back on your card, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you are not happy and you want a refund, please contact us, we will be happy to help and make it right.
Shipping
We ship to all domestic and international locations. Orders are provided with a tracking number within 48 to 72 business hours from the date payment for your order is received and cleared (complete verification). If you are shipping to an unconfirmed address, your order might be delayed until we could verify the order with you.
We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Again, we provide tracking number on all of our shipments. Orders being shipped within the continental USA to a home or business address (excludes PO/APO/FPO or other “non-physical” addresses) are delivered by USPS.
For international orders, please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees, tax, duties, or import charges.
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee is always included in the final amount that you pay. All these details are confirmed in the verification of order call which you will receive.

As an online retailer, we understand our obligation in deterring fraudulent purchases and unauthorized transactions. As part of our commitment to improve the safety of online transactions, we will need to confirm your details. Please review the shipping guidelines below before purchasing. SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
We generally require our customers to ship to the billing address of the card used to complete the purchase.
SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS
If you’re shipping to an address other than the billing address, a customer service representative must and will contact the Cardholder to verify the order’s legitimacy.
NOTE: This may extend our standard order processing time, especially if we’re not able to immediately reach the cardholder.
In addition, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion.
